Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking an entry-level Lighting Technician C to install and maintain streetlights and related equipment from elevated devices and ground level. You will support a higher-level technician and ensure safe, efficient work in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities include communicating with the public, traveling for out-of-town storm work if required, and performing duties around energized high voltage systems with appropriate PPE and training.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; must pass pre-employment checks.
• Travel for emergency storm work possible out-of-state.
• Pre-employment drug screen/background/MVR may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain streetlights and related equipment.
• Ensure safe, controlled work area and communicate with the public.
• Work with voltage up to 600 volts with oversight.
• Assist higher-level technician in lighting construction.
• Operate and service bucket trucks, digger derricks, and hand tools.
• Adhere to safety, weather, and company standards.
