Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Licensed Journeyperson Electrician to install, repair, and maintain streetlight systems. You will interpret blueprints, troubleshoot electrical problems, and ensure reliable lighting services.

Responsibilities include wiring, circuit work, and routine maintenance, with travel for emergency storm work as needed. The role requires working from elevated platforms and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Electrician license (Florida).
• Experience with roadway lighting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and participates in electrical maintenance and repair of streetlights and related equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, circuits, switches, relays, lighting, motors, and related electrical components.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions.
• Work safely from heights in bucket trucks and with ladders and scaffolding.
• Complete monthly maintenance logs and reports.
• Use meters and testing devices on voltages up to 600V.
