Responsibilities

• Forge solid relationships with clients and create a strong customer connection.
• Engage in client relationship building.
• Set goals and manage portfolio.
• Interface with Project Management to ensure high‑quality job execution.
• Work independently with regular interaction and support from VP Rentals.
• Proactively arrange in‑person appointments with clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through scheduled check‑ins.
• Develop a strong technical understanding of Lighting products.
• Manage substitutions with on‑hand products when competing products are requested.
• Set annual financial targets with VP Rentals.
• Identify existing and future client opportunities to be proactively pursued.
• Seek revenue growth opportunities to meet benchmark targets.
