Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages projects awarded to department.
• Provides documentation, material coordination, and support to customer and sales staff.
• Supports Branch sales strategy through timely responses to customers.
• Maintains vendor relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Expedites material shipments to meet agreed timelines.
• Negotiate with vendors for terms and pricing.
• Create and process change orders and maintain billing until project closed.
• Maintains project documentation (accounts, submittals, ship schedules, billing recap, etc.).
