Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in a similar setting.
• Base knowledge of lighting industry and how to source suppliers.
• Experience in quoting account projects.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to read lighting plans (RCP and Electrical).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage projects awarded to department.
• Provide documentation, material coordination, and support to customers and sales staff.
• Support branch sales strategy with timely responses to internal and external customers.
• Establish and maintain superior customer and vendor relationships.
• Evaluate percentage of gross return on projects and maintain margins.
• Ensure products are ordered and billed accurately; address complications to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Expedite material to ship and deliver on time.
• Create and process change orders and maintain billing until project close.
• Create and maintain project documentation (Job Account Info & Agreement form, Submittals, Ship Schedules, Billing Recap, Change Orders, O&M Manuals).
