Blue Signal Search is seeking an experienced Client Services Account Lead in the lighting industry to manage an established portfolio and support daily operations. You will build trusted customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, monitor commitments, and drive improvements to service quality as the business grows.

Formación

• Experience in the lighting industry is required.
• Experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or project coordination.
• Familiar with product-based businesses and customer purchasing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business management or order tracking software.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on commitments.

• Oversee a portfolio of business accounts and provide consistent, responsive support.
• Develop trusted customer relationships through regular communication and effective problem-solving.
