Job summary

Christie Lites is seeking a driven Sales Representative to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and specifiers in the entertainment lighting and AV integration space. You will drive revenue growth by influencing specifications, managing portfolios, and coordinating with project teams.

The role requires proactive client development, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in entertainment lighting and/or AV system integration sales.
• Strong relationships with consultants and designers in the industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Engages in client relationship building.
• Influences product specification and bid opportunities.
• Sets annual client development targets with VP Sales.
• Monitors portfolio performance and CRM updates.
• Prepares bids, pricing, and BOMs for proposals.
• Interfaces with Project Management to ensure quality execution.
• Travels to meet clients and conducts on-site visits when needed.
• Maintains proactive communication with clients through regular check-ins.
