Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a Commercial Recruiter to source resumes across geographies and recruit candidates for our MSP client base. You will match candidates with opportunities and submit them into VMS tools, while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

You will also negotiate offers and assist with compliance, unemployment, and worker's compensation as needed, thriving in a fast-paced staffing environment.
