Siemens Energy in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead the R&D effort for gas turbine technology, overseeing design, manufacturability, serviceability, and fleet introduction of gas turbines, blades and vanes.

You will coordinate a global IPT, mentor engineers in aerodynamics, heat transfer, and mechanical design, manage interfaces with manufacturing, service and procurement, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while meeting specs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience leading R&D initiatives.
• Experience in aerodynamics, heat transfer, and mechanical design.
• Experience across regions and with diverse teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPT for turbine blades and vanes.
• Coordinate interfaces with manufacturing, service, procurement, and program management.
• Ensure schedule, budget, and technical specs compliance.
• Identify and manage technical and commercial risks.
• Report progress to engine-level PM and stakeholders.
