Job summary

Pmb Vllc is seeking a Lift Operations Associate for the October-end seasonal period. You will scan lift tickets, validate current day/season passes, and report discrepancies to the Supervisor. A friendly, efficient service mindset is essential.

Responsibilities include escorting invalid ticket holders, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and collaborating with all departments to foster a positive work environment. Evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic ability to ski or snowboard.
• Knowledge of Resort products.
• Excellent customer services skills in person.
• Ability to work a schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to relate in a positive manner to guests and co-workers.
• Ability to work well under pressure, problem solve and multitask.
• Thorough understanding of company policies and practices.
• Reliable transportation.
• One year of skiing or snowboarding experience preferred.
• Background check.

Responsibilities

• Scan tickets and validate all lift riders have current day / season tickets before lift is loaded.
• Escort invalid ticket holders to Ticket Office for resolution of issues.
• Provide an engaging customer experience through friendly and efficient service.
• Assist lift operators to work around or near moving lift carriers.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work together with all departments to build a positive working environment.
• Show up to work on time, consistent attendance, and be dependable.
• Physically perform the essential job functions of this position.
• Other duties as assigned.
