Malin is seeking a Parts Correspondent to manage parts requests from both field technicians and customers. You will verify details, provide pricing and availability, and coordinate fulfillment with Raymond and other makes of lift trucks.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, and solid organization. Proficiency with Zendesk and Microsoft Office is beneficial, with a focus on accuracy and timely follow-up.

Formación

• 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Strong organization skills and follow-up discipline.
• Comfort with researching parts availability and catalog references.
• Safety-conscious approach to handling and storing parts.

Responsabilidades

• Receive parts requests from Malin employees or customers via Zendesk, phone, or email.
• Verify request details and completeness for processing.
• Provide pricing information and parts availability to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill parts orders.
• Update work orders and close requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate notes and ensure proper packing/shipping methods.
