Responsibilities

• Oversee the Lift Experience team to deliver guest and employee experiences.
• Coach and motivate staff to align with company goals and values.
• Maintain expert status in lift experience functions and industry trends.
• Lead safety improvements in mountain operations with Health & Safety.
• Hire, train, and develop Lift Experience personnel.
• Ensure records and procedures are kept up-to-date.
• Develop maintenance routines and manage projects.
• Coordinate with departments for on-mountain planning.
