Job summary

Smugglers' Notch Resort in Vermont (Jeffersonville) is seeking Lift Operations team members to keep guests safe and smiling on our Hall Double Chairlifts. Lifties provide friendly assistance, share trail recommendations, and help guests enjoy the mountain experience.

You must be at least 18, available on holidays and weekends, and comfortable working outdoors in winter. Training is provided, and a positive, customer-focused attitude is essential to welcome skiers and riders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist riders boarding lifts.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Complete ramp and corral maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain traffic flow of lift corrals.
• Assist in troubleshooting ticket issues at RFID gates.
