Job summary

Alyeska Resort is seeking a Lift Attendant to ensure the safe and efficient operation of mountain chair lifts. You will assist guests getting on and off lifts, manage loading zones, and provide information about the resort and local area.

The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You will also support RFID gate checks and assist with daily setup and teardown tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible schedules such as evenings and weekends.
• Must be reliable.
• Able to work outside and in inclement weather continually.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with all kinds of people, sometimes in stressful situations.

• Assist guests on and off chairlifts
