Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or outdoor operations preferred.
• On-the-job training provided to ensure proficiency in scanning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Scan guest passes and ensure only valid lift access.
• Troubleshoot scan issues and resolve error messages.
• Maintain scanner functionality and keep stations clean and orderly.
• Collaborate with Lift Crew and other departments.
• Guide guests and provide clear directions in a professional manner.
• Work in all weather, outdoors near lift equipment.
