Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in sales or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to be proactive and entrepreneurial in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service and delight customers.
• Greet guests at the front desk with a welcoming, professional presence.
• Process sales orders with accuracy and manage cash handling.
• Assist customers with financing and credit applications as needed.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing; perform cash reconciliation and daily checklists.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention; participate in bi-annual counts.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Handle additional tasks assigned by management.
