Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment delivering world-class service and delighting guests.
• Provide outstanding service at the front desk, engaging with guests in a cordial, respectful manner representing the brand.
• Process sales orders accurately, handle cash, assist with credit applications and financing while documenting transactions.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing activities, cash reconciliation, and daily checklists.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention, participate in bi-annual inventory checks.
• Meet/exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management.
