Ashley Furniture, a global home furnishings leader, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to guide store guests from entry to purchase with inspiration and style. You’ll help customers design rooms they love while delivering friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll process sales, assist with financing, manage basic store tasks, and support inventory accuracy. The role requires excellent communication and a customer-first mindset, flexible hours, and a team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Thrives in an environment that rewards world-class service and delights guests.
• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest at the front desk.
• Process sales orders and assist with credit applications and financing while documenting transactions.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention, including bi-annual checks.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and align to KPI’s and performance standards.
