Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to transform store guests into loyal customers. As the product expert, you will guide guests to styles that reflect their lives and help design rooms they will love.

This role suits an entrepreneurial, energetic sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering world-class service with a friendly, outgoing demeanor. You will work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and participate in benefits

Competenze

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly and easy to talk to.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Deliver world-class service and delight guests.
• Process sales orders and assist with financing documents.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Aid in opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
