Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to transform store guests into loyal customers and inspire them with home furnishings. You will be the expert on Ashley’s products, guiding guests to discover styles that reflect their lives and helping design rooms they will love.

The role thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you provide world-class service, process sales, assist with financing, and contribute to achieving sales goals while maintaining brand standards.

Qualificações

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years old
• HS diploma preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Outgoing, friendly attitude and strong communication skills
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class service and delight guests at the front desk.
• Process sales orders accurately and maintain cash handling protocols.
• Assist guests with credit applications and financing; document transactions.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, cash reconciliation, and daily checklists.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention activities.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
