Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to turn store guests into loyal customers. As the expert in home furnishings, you will inspire guests, help them find styles, and design rooms they love.

You will deliver world-class service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, handling transactions, assisting with financing, and supporting store operations. This role values motivation, enthusiasm, and strong guest interactions.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Able to lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to store guests and maintain a welcoming front desk presence.
• Process sales orders accurately and handle cash or credit transactions.
• Assist guests with credit applications and financing as needed, with proper documentation.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing activities and daily checklists.
