Ashley Furniture is expanding its team with a Retail Sales Associate who will transform store guests into loyal customers. You will guide guests through home furnishings, create inspiration, and deliver a fast-paced, high-energy shopping experience.

Responsibilities include processing sales, handling cash, aiding with financing, and maintaining a welcoming front desk presence. This role requires flexibility in hours and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide store guests as the expert on home furnishings to inspire their rooms.
• Provide world-class service and maintain a welcoming front desk presence.
• Process sales orders accurately and handle cash with proper documentation.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing when needed.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
