Job summary

Pearlridge Center seeks a General Manager to lead pre-opening operations and post-opening stabilization for a premier retail destination opening Summer 2027. The GM will oversee operations, marketing, specialty leasing, admin, facilities, and finance, reporting to the Owner with accountability for asset performance.

• Strong financial acumen.
• Operational leadership experience in large retail or mixed-use assets.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Directs all management, marketing, leasing, operations and financial activities for the property.
• Develops and implements a Strategic Business Plan with short- and long-term goals.
• Serves as primary on-site contact with Owner to ensure objectives are met.
• Enhances NOI by increasing revenue and controlling expenses.
• Prepares budgets and financial reports, and forecasts monthly performance.
• Oversees tenant coordination, vendor management, and safety programs.
• Leads leasing strategy support and opens Specialty Leasing opportunities.
• Builds strong tenant relationships and ensures service levels meet standards.
• Collaborates with local officials and key stakeholders to support the asset.
