Reef/ Sweetens Cove Golf Club seeks a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive financial performance, and steward the redevelopment of Sweetens Cove into a broader golf and hospitality destination. You will align staff, systems, and standards to protect the brand and enable scalable growth.

The role requires extensive hospitality and golf operations experience, pre-opening or expansion leadership, and a proven ability to build teams in a destination environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior hospitality or golf operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven pre-opening or expansion leadership in redevelopments.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and operational strategy: serve as the day-to-day accountable leader and translate vision into an annual operating plan.
• Financial ownership: own full P&L, budgets, and revenue targets across departments.
• Property operations: manage golf, guest services, F&B, and facilities to high standards.
• Redevelopment and pre-opening: lead staffing, systems, and service readiness for redevelopment.
• People and culture: recruit, develop, and retain department heads and seasonal staff; foster Reef/ Sweetens Cove service culture.
• Stakeholder and external: report to Managing Partner; manage vendor/partner relations and local liaison to Reef accounting.
