Job summary

KenCrest is seeking a LifeSharing Support Professional to provide essential supports to Lifesharing individuals and their families. The role includes accompanying individuals to medical appointments, maintaining records, assisting with van runs, organizing files, and completing computer tasks while ensuring safety and quality of care.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid and current driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and follow instructions in English.
• Clear criminal record and child abuse check as per state requirements.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and escort individuals to doctors' appointments.
• Maintain individual records.
• Assist with van runs and organize files.
• Perform computer work and data entry.
• Assist in emergency situations as needed.
