KenCrest is seeking a LifeSharing Support Professional to provide essential supports to Lifesharing individuals and their families. The role includes accompanying individuals to medical appointments, maintaining records, assisting with van runs, organizing files, and completing computer tasks while ensuring safety and quality of care.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid and current driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and follow instructions in English.
• Clear criminal record and child abuse check as per state requirements.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.

The **LifeSharing Support Professional** is responsible to provide an array of supports to the Lifesharing individual and their family. They are responsible for the care of the individuals supported through Lifesharing, ensuring that the unique needs of each person are met.Responsibilities include scheduling and escorting individuals to doctors' appointments, maintaining individual records, assisting with van runs, organizing files, computer work, and assisting in emergency situations.Must have good people skills, good communication skills, positive approaches and experience with people with developmental disabilities.Hours are typically 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday but will occasionally require flexibility.
