Job summary

KenCrest seeks a LifeSharing Support Professional in Center Square, PA to provide supports to Lifesharing individuals and their families. Responsibilities include scheduling and escorting to doctors' appointments, maintaining records, assisting with van runs, organizing files, computer work, and helping in emergencies.

Requires a High School Diploma/GED, 2 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, a valid driver's license and clean driving record, and strong English

Job description

The LifeSharing Support Professional is responsible to provide an array of supports to the Lifesharing individual and their family. They are responsible for the care of the individuals supported through Lifesharing, ensuring that the unique needs of each person are met.Responsibilities include scheduling and escorting individuals to doctors' appointments, maintaining individual records, assisting with van runs, organizing files, computer work, and assisting in emergency situations.Must have good people skills, good communication skills, positive approaches and experience with people with developmental disabilities.Hours are typically 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday but will occasionally require flexibility.
