KenCrest is seeking a Program Manager to oversee our program that provides support and services to individuals with disabilities in their homes. You will lead and supervise a team of direct support professionals to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

In collaboration with clients' families and stakeholders, you will develop individualized support plans, monitor outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with departments and community resources to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Supervisory/managerial experience in healthcare or social services.
  • Knowledge of disability support required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with computer applications and EHR systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of direct support professionals.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans with clients' families.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support services.
  • Coordinate with other departments and community resources.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff for professional growth.
  • Stay updated on best practices through meetings, trainings, and workshops.
