The role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external partners to deliver evidence-based, client-centered care and achieve program goals within compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health with a minimum of 5 years' experience in social services or a Master's degree with some experience.
• Experience in staff development and staff management.
• Strong collaboration skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to staff with clinical direction and weekly case review.
• Plan and assign work to ensure satisfactory services and oversee care plans.
• Ensure evidence-based practices inform case conceptualization and service plans.
• Ensure timely documentation and contract compliance across the program.
• Support staff at court appearances and field supervision to maintain competency.
• Collaborate with referral sources and maintain professional relationships.
