Job summary

Preferred Behavioral Health Group in New Jersey is seeking a Supervisor to lead the LifeSet program for youth transitioning out of care. You will oversee daily operations, supervise five Specialists across three counties, and drive service plan development to ensure strong outcomes.

The position requires a Master’s in social work or psychology (Bachelor’s with five years’ experience acceptable) and proven supervisory leadership. A valid NJ driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field; MSW preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of social services experience required.
• Experience supervising diverse teams and delivering high-quality services.
• Valid NJ driver's license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of 5 Specialists across three counties.
• Responsible for hiring staff and performance management.
• Conducts weekly case reviews and group supervision.
• Oversees service plan development and progress.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional conduct with clients and staff.
• Ensures compliance with agency policies and safety regulations.
