The role involves coordinating supervision, training, and outreach across multiple locations with a focus on quality and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required by program regulations & standards.
• Must possess a current professional license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) as required by program regulations & standards.
• At least 2 years of experience with program management, administrative and supervisory experience.
• A valid driver's license and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to team clinicians on a weekly basis.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site program staff across multiple locations.
• Lead quality assurance activities and cross-functional action teams.
• Facilitate trainings and outreach activities with logistics coordinated.

Skills

LCSW/LPC/LMFT license

Education

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
