Job summary

EXOS in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure a safe and welcoming pool environment. You will maintain watch, enforce rules, respond to incidents, and help teach private and group swim lessons for all abilities.

Qualifications include being at least 16 years old, possessing a current Lifeguarding Certification along with CPR/AED and First Aid, and having prior lifeguarding or swim-instruction experience. Certifications may be obtained at time of hire.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or ability to obtain at time of hire.
• Prior experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain watch over the pool area and ensure a secure environment.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent incidents.
• Respond to injuries, incidents, and emergencies as directed by policy.
• Teach private & group swim lessons to kids and adults of all abilities.
• Assist in the development, implementation and marketing of innovative swim programs.
• Assist in maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center.
