Job summary

EXOS Works, LLC is hiring a Lifeguard to join our aquatics team in Dallas, TX. You will monitor the pool area, enforce rules, respond to emergencies, and help maintain a safe environment for all guests.

You will teach private and group swim lessons for kids and adults, assist in developing and marketing innovative swim programs, and support the maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Current Lifeguarding Certification or obtain at hire.
• Prior lifeguarding experience or swim lesson instruction.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or obtain at hire.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Employ accident prevention by enforcing pool rules and regulations
• Respond to all injuries, incidents, and emergencies as directed by club policy
• Teach private & group swim lessons to kids and adults of all abilities
• Assist in the development, implementation and marketing of innovative swim programs
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire
• Prior experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire
