Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a Lifeguard to join our team in Minnesota. You will monitor the pool area to ensure a safe environment and enforce rules.

This role may include teaching private and group swim lessons for kids and adults, supporting the development and marketing of swim programs, and helping maintain the aquatics center.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees and competitive hourly pay from $15 to $20, depending on site, certifications, and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or ability to obtain at time of hire.
• Prior experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain watch over the pool area ensuring a secure and safe environment.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
• Respond to injuries, incidents, and emergencies as directed by club policy.
• Teach private and group swim lessons to kids and adults of all abilities.
• Assist in the development, implementation and marketing of innovative swim programs.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center.
