Job summary

21 - EXOS Community Services, LLC is looking for a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of guests at our aquatic facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

The successful candidate will maintain a secure environment, enforce pool rules, and provide swim instruction to individuals of various ages and skills. We've got a competitive salary ranging from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or ability to obtain it at hire.
• Prior experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons.

Responsibilities

• Maintain watch over the pool area ensuring safety.
• Enforce pool rules to prevent accidents.
• Teach private & group swim lessons.
