Job summary

EXOS in Minnesota is seeking a Lifeguard to monitor the pool area, enforce rules, and respond to injuries per club policy.

You will teach private and group swim lessons, assist in developing and marketing innovative swim programs, and help maintain the aquatics center. Must be 16+ with current Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain them at hire. Exos supports ongoing training and a team-focused work culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Current Lifeguarding Certification or ability to obtain at hire.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications current or able to obtain at hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain watch over pool area and ensure a safe environment.
• Enforce pool rules to prevent injuries.
• Respond to injuries and emergencies per club policy.
• Teach private and group swim lessons to all abilities.
• Assist in developing and marketing innovative swim programs.
• Assist in maintenance and cleanliness of aquatics center.
