Job summary

EXOS Community Services, LLC is seeking a Swim Instructor to join our team in Minneapolis. You will teach various levels and ages, plan lessons, and evaluate student progress while maintaining a safe, positive learning environment.

Responsibilities include demonstrations, correcting technique, documenting progress, and communicating with students or parents. Certification requirements apply; prior lifeguarding or teaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire.
• Current Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire.
• Prior experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach various levels and age groups in accordance with guidelines.
• Plan lessons, select drills, and evaluate progress.
• Demonstrate skills, analyze performance, and correct technique.
