Job summary

EXOS is hiring a Lifeguard to monitor the pool area, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies. You will teach private and group swim lessons to children and adults of all abilities while supporting the development and marketing of innovative swim programs.

Also assist with aquatics center upkeep and cleanliness. The role requires lifeguarding certification (or the ability to obtain it), CPR/AED and First Aid credentials, and a minimum age of 16.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or the ability to obtain at time of hire.
• Prior experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain watch over the pool area, ensuring a safe environment.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent injuries.
• Respond to injuries, incidents, and emergencies per club policy.
• Teach private and group swim lessons to kids and adults of all abilities.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and marketing innovative swim programs.
• Assist in maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center.
