Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a part-time Lifeguard in Minneapolis, MN. You will watch the pool area, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies while teaching private and group swim lessons for all ages.

You will also assist in developing and marketing innovative swim programs, and help maintain the aquatics center. Requirements include being 16 or older, lifeguard certification (or ability to obtain at hire), and CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain at hire).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or ability to obtain at time of hire.
• Prior lifeguarding experience or teaching swim lessons preferred.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain watch over the pool area and ensure a safe environment.
• Enforce pool rules and prevent accidents.
• Respond to injuries, incidents, and emergencies per policy.
• Teach private and group swim lessons for all ages.
• Assist in developing and marketing innovative swim programs.
• Aid in maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center.
