Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC in St. Paul, MN is seeking a Lifeguard to join our team. You will maintain watch over the pool area and enforce rules to keep guests safe.

Responsibilities include teaching private and group swim lessons, assisting in program development and marketing, and helping with aquatics center upkeep. This is a full-time, on-site role offering hourly pay between $15 and $20 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Current Lifeguarding Certification or ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire.
• Prior experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain watch over the pool area, ensuring a secure and safe environment.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
• Respond to injuries, incidents, and emergencies as directed by club policy.
• Teach private and group swim lessons to kids and adults of all abilities.
• Assist in developing, implementing and marketing innovative swim programs.
• Assist in maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center.
