Job summary

YMCA is seeking lifeguards to supervise pool participants and ensure safety across all aquatic areas. This role offers meaningful community impact and opportunities for growth within a non-profit organization.

Ideal candidates are at least 15 years old, hold or are pursuing American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification, and demonstrate strong swimming ability and safety mindset. Flexible shifts and member perks are highlighted in the program.
