Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking energetic lifeguards to join our aquatic team. If you love swimming and helping others stay safe, this is a great place to start a rewarding role with flexible shifts and an active community.

You’ll gain teamwork, responsibility, and leadership experience while serving residents in Chester County and beyond. We welcome applicants 16+ who hold or are willing to obtain American Red Cross Lifeguard certification, demonstrate strong swimming skills, and a passion

Qualificações

• Must be 16+ years old.
• Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or ability to pass the course.
• Strong swimming skills and a passion for water safety.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the safety and surveillance of all pool participants.
• Apply organizational safety procedures for the pool deck and aquatic areas.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pool deck, including skimming and brushing.

What is needed for this job as our Lifeguard:

• Age 16+
• American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or ability to pass the course
• Passionate about safety around water and strong swim skills
