Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking lifeguards aged 16+ to join our team. As a lifeguard, you will develop strong communication, leadership and responsibility while helping keep our pools safe for all participants.

Qualificações

• 16+ years old
• American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or ability to pass the course
• Strong swim skills and safety focus

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck

What is needed for this job as our Lifeguard:

• Age 16+
• American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or ability to pass the course
• Passionate about safety around water and strong swim skills

The responsibilities we will trust you as our Lifeguard:

• Ensuring the safety and surveillance of all pool participants
• Understanding and applying organizational safety procedures for the pool deck and aquatic areas
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the pool deck, including skimming and brushing
