Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring an Aquatics Lifeguard to oversee indoor and outdoor pools, ensuring safety and delivering quality Member service. The role involves monitoring the pool deck, supervising water slides, and assisting with aquatics events such as 'Dive in Movies' and 'Poolapalooza'.

Requirements include StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification, BLS CPR and First Aid, and the ability to swim 300 yards and tread water for one minute. 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented, safety minded and able to interact with Members.
• Able to communicate and exchange information with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping and tread water for 1 minute.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with Members.
• Rescues swimmers in danger and administers first aid when needed.
• Ensures swimmers are aware of potentially dangerous swim areas and activities.
• Keeps the pool area clean and orderly to maintain safety.
