Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Lifeguard to monitor state-of-the-art pools, both indoor and outdoor, and ensure safety on the deck and near water slides. You will assist with aquatics events like Dive in Movies and Poolapalooza, while delivering excellent Member service.

The role requires Lifeguard CPR/First Aid certification, StarGuard Elite training, and the ability to swim 300 yards, tread water, and lift modest weights. High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate is working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certification required (or bridge to StarGuard).

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with Members.
• Rescue swimmers in danger and administer first aid.
• Warn swimmers about dangerous areas and activities.
• Keep pool area clean and safe for Members.
