Job Description

Associa is hiring (5) part-time, seasonal Lifeguards for its community in Westborough, MA.

Daily responsibilities include:

1. Open-up, close-up, and lock-up the pool area.
2. Meet and greet homeowners, visitors, and guests.
3. Inspect the pool and surrounding areas.
4. Maintain a safe environment.
5. Monitor pool activity and enforce rules.
6. Assist with rescues if needed.
7. Arrange pool furniture.
8. Keep the pool area and restrooms clean and orderly.
9. Monitor pool water chemistry.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
