The Dartmouth Group Associa is hiring five part-time, seasonal Lifeguards for its community in Westborough, MA.

Daily responsibilities include:

1. Open-up, close-up, and lock-up the pool area.
2. Meet and greet homeowners, visitors, and guests.
3. Walk and inspect the pool and surrounding areas.
4. Maintain a safe environment.
5. Be alert and watch people in the pool and surrounding area.
6. Enforce pool rules and behavior.
7. Assist with rescue if needed.
8. Arrange pool furniture.
9. Maintain cleanliness and order of the pool area and restrooms.
10. Monitor pool water chemistry.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
• Professional customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret and complete verbal and/or written instructions proficiently.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
