Associa is hiring (5) part-time, seasonal Lifeguards for its community in Westborough, MA. Daily Responsibilities

• Open, close, and lock the pool area.
• Meet and greet homeowners, visitors, and guests.
• Inspect the pool and surrounding areas regularly.
• Maintain a safe environment and enforce pool rules.
• Monitor pool activity and respond to emergencies by assisting with rescues if needed.
• Arrange pool furniture and maintain cleanliness of the pool area and restrooms.
• Monitor and maintain proper pool water chemistry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal).
