Job summary

Hershey Lodge is seeking a part-time lifeguard to ensure pool safety and guest assistance at Hershey Lodge. Responsibilities include enforcing rules, responding to emergencies, monitoring equipment, and maintaining a clean area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ellis & Assoc. Lifeguard Training Program provided and paid for by Hershey properties.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing pool rules and safety.*
• Responding to aquatic emergencies.*
• Monitor equipment and supplies.
• Maintain work area.
• Keep lifeguard skills at test-ready level.*
• Participate in weekly lifeguard in-service training.*
• Perform other duties as assigned
