Job summary

Hershey Lodge is seeking a Part-Time Team Member to ensure pool safety and guest satisfaction. You’ll enforce rules, respond to emergencies, and support guests with friendly, professional service.

The position includes perks such as free Hersheypark admission and parking, plus discounts on food and shopping. Applicants must be at least 16 and complete the Hershey training program; hours include early morning to evening shifts, with a minimum of 16 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at time of applying.
• Complete and pay for Ellis & Assoc. Pool and Lifeguard Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and enforcing pool rules and safety regulations.
• Anticipating and responding to aquatic emergencies.
• Monitoring equipment and supplies.
• Maintaining work area and surrounding environment.
• Keep lifeguard and first aid skills at test-ready level.
• Participate in weekly lifeguard in-service training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
